Our Simple Staging Process

1. Initial Consultation: Our staging process begins with an initial consultation to assess your property and discuss your staging needs. You can choose between a virtual consultation, which is free of charge, or an in-person consultation for $100. This $100 deposit is non-refundable but will be credited toward your final staging costs if you proceed with our services.

2. Staging Agreement and Payment: Once the consultation is complete and you decide to move forward, we require the staging agreement and full payment to be submitted on the same day. This ensures that we can promptly schedule and prepare for your staging.

3. Preparation Window: To ensure a seamless staging experience, we require a 74-hour preparation window prior to your scheduled staging day. This allows us to arrange and coordinate all necessary elements to enhance your property effectively.

4. Staging Day: Staging is conducted on weekdays only (Monday through Friday) and will occur on the same day as scheduled between the hours of 10 AM and 3 PM. Our team will work efficiently to transform your space during these hours.

5. De-Staging Process: This involves carefully removing all staging items and returning your space to its original condition. The timing for de-staging will be coordinated with you to ensure a smooth transition.
